Frama Rug - Chestnut / Bordeaux

• Designed in Melbourne, handcrafted in Tibet.
• Soft and durable, made from New Zealand wool.
• Hand-tufted cut-pile design with 11mm pile height.
• Suitable for indoor use, residential and light commercial use.
• Each rug is handmade and may vary slightly in texture, colour & pattern and size tolerance of 2-3%. 

• Due to the weight of the product, it requires 2 people to unroll and place.
• Shedding of loose fibres occurs in the beginning and will dissipate.
• Never pull loose threads or yarn. Trim carefully with scissors.
• For cut pile, an upright, beater-type vacuum is recommended but don’t set the beater bar too low.
• Rotate occasionally to avoid uneven wear or fading.
• Absorb a stain promptly with a clean, undyed cloth.
• Do not dry clean or use harsh cleaning chemicals.
• For tough stains, professional cleaning is recommended.

Each Just Chill rug is produced in small batches as part of a more considered approach to craftsmanship, helping reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.

Pre-Orders

Our listed standard sizes are stocked in limited quantities and may occasionally be available for pre-order between production runs. If your selected size is on Pre-Order, the estimated lead time is 9–12 weeks. Once your order is confirmed, we'll keep you updated throughout production and dispatch, so you can follow your rug's journey through to delivery.

Customise Rug

Looking for a size beyond our standard range? Just Chill can also be custom made to suit your space. Choose your ideal size or shape, and our team will guide you through the process to create a rug tailored to your project. Custom orders typically have an estimated lead time of 9–12 weeks.

Shipping

In-stock items are dispatched from our Melbourne studio within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order items are typically ready for local delivery in approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
