  • The Grange Residences

    by Cheah Saw Architecture

    A collection of seven individually designed homes in Malvern East, where Cheah Saw Architecture reimagined the neighbourhood's classic brick-and-pitched-roof language into something more contemporary. Interiors flow seamlessly to the outdoors, with balconies designed as sheltered garden rooms and a warm, tactile material palette running through the floors, joinery, and fireplaces.

    Our Dawn Maple 3-Seater Sofa and newest Pure Love Ocean Rug bring softness, texture and warmth to this beautifully resolved living space in the penthouse collection. Against a palette of masonry, timber and soft natural light, the pieces complement an interior that feels both grounded and quietly refined.⁠

  • St Kilda Loft

    by Furnishd Studio

    Set within a heritage-listed 1927 apartment building, this St Kilda loft was designed as an ode to slow living, investing in pieces, materials and craftsmanship built to last, rather than chasing trend. The entry sitting room takes its cue from the client's original 1970s Featherston sofa, a bold sculptural anchor set against the apartment's tall, arched windows.

    Grounding the space is our Just Chill Rug in Moss, its soft, earthy tone and organic patterning working in quiet harmony with the room's mid-century icon. Alongside it sits a custom pair of our Ming Armchairs, developed in close collaboration with Furnishd to suit the client's exact comfort brief, proportioned intentionally for face-to-face conversation, a detail felt before it's noticed.

  • Cloud Residence

    by Furnishd Studio

    Perched high above Southbank as one of the highest residences in Australia, Cloud Residence was designed around the shifting gold of the sunset: serene, sculptural, and quietly luxurious. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames an open living and dining space curated to feel like floating above the city.

    In the dining area, our WuDai Walnut Dining Table, designed by Wei Wu, anchors the room paired with sculptural stools and warm, tactile finishes that bring rhythm and focus to a space otherwise defined by light and air.
